Droit - L1 : English and Irish legal system

The different categories of Law as well as the different ap- proaches to legal study in England and Wales are at the core of Chapter I. Chapter II bears on the various legal sources (legislation, caselaw…). The Anglo-Welsh Court system is the topic of Chapter III. The legal professions are studied in  Chapter IV. The Criminal Justice System is dealt with in Chapter V. Civil disputes and ways to solve them before a Court are explained in Chapter VI.
